This unit is a part of the Legacy Display series, a line of products developed by the Pro-face corporation and their subsidiary, Xycom. The Legacy Display lineup is a varying, powerful array of HMI units, and is built with streamlined components and features. The standard array of applications of these units is designed with the features of timing and counting the scanned information and processing logic-based operations.

This unit is designed with a standard 10BaseT Ethernet and Compact Flash port, as well as a serial interface and tool connection ports. These ports utilize an asynchronous transmission method, with a data length of 7 to 8 bits, and a stop bit of 1 to 2 bits. The transmission rate ranges from 2400 to 38400 bits per second.
