Product Description

PFXGP4601TAAC is a GP display panel that is manufactured by Proface for the GP 4000 series. This is a 12.1 inch TFT Color LCD display. The resolution is 800 x 600 pixels. The effective display area is 9.69 in x 7.26 in. The backlight is a user nonreplaceable white LED that lasts for continuous operation of up to 50,000 hours. The rated input voltage is 100 to 240 VAC. The input voltage limits are 85 to 264 VAC. The inrush current is 30 A or less. The voltage endurance is 1500 V, 20 mA for one minute between charging and FG terminals.

The GP unit is equipped to check its own system and interface for any problems. The GP self-diagnosis menu checks the RS-232C and RS-422 send and receive lines, the printer interface, the AUX control line, the input port, the tool connector control lines and send/receive lines, the internal display memory, the system and protocol of the GP internal memory, the internal hard disk contents, each GP touch panel square, all figures and tiling patterns, and the characters inside the internal character ROM.

The following is a list of error messages on the GP panel: network address error, GP station no. duplication error, obj. PLC has not been setup, screen tag limit exceeded, screen transfer error, clock setup error, screen memory data is corrupt, PLC com. Error, receive data error, PLLC not responding, PLC not connected, unsupported tag in screen data, illegal address in screen data, and system error. If there is more than one error, the GP displays the error message for the last error detected.

The PFXGP4601TAAC is built with an additional conformal coating added to the unit. The HMI is a 12.1 TFT Color LCD display. The conformal coating makes this unit more capable of surviving in hazardous conditions.
