Product Description

The PFXGP4402WADW is a widescreen 7-inch Pro face human-machine interface from the company’s GP4000 series.  This particular unit includes USB storage and supports MAC address display.   

Like other human-machine interfaces in the GP4000 series, the PFXGP4402WADW is built around a TFT color LCD display.  The analog touchscreen offers up as many as 64,536 colors and is backlit by a white LED.  The resistive touchscreen has a 1024 x 1024 resolution.   Our company maintains many versions of the GP4000 series in our on-hand stock, so please ask our team about other units if this one does not meet your needs. 

The PFXGP4402WADW widescreen HMI does not come equipped with separate SRAM backup memory.  However, the module is designed to use part of its internal memory for backup, allowing alarm history and filing data to be saved as part of the unit’s internal memory even when the HMI is turned off.  

Please be aware that the PFXGP4402WADW model does not support 2-point touch on its touch panel.  If for some reason you simultaneously connect with the panel at two different locations at the same time, the panel will calculate the touch coordinate centered between those points. 

The PFXGP4402WADW does not include any sort of internal fan and relies on air cooling to maintain proper operating temperature.  Please be sure to read through and understand all installation instructions including orientation and required gaps between equipment to ensure proper ventilation is maintained.  If you don’t have the Pro Face manuals or user guides that house these instructions, please talk to our staff when you place your order.  We are happy to assist with document replacement when we can.
