PFXGP4401WADW is a ProFace Display that is manufactured by Schneider Electric. This unit is a TFT color LCD 7” display with a series of relevant specifications and environmental ratings:

• the effective display area is 152.4 (width) x 91.44 (height) mm
• the language fonts available on the display include Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese

The standard font width can be expanded up to 8 times, and the height can be expanded up to 8 times. 8 x 8 text can fill up to 100 characters and 60 rows on one screen. 8 x 16 text can fill up to 100 characters and 30 rows on one screen. 16 x 16 text can fill up to 50 characters and 30 rows on one screen. 32 x 32 text can fill up to 25 characters and 15 rows.

PFXGP4401WADW Troubleshooting

There are a number of problems that may occur while running the display. The screen may not turn on even when the unit is powered on. The GP unit may not be able to extract data from the host. The touch panel may not respond to the user. A system error may have developed while displaying the offline mode screen. There are also a number of error messages that can appear on the display:

• System Error
• Illegal Address in Screen Data
• Unsupported Tag in Screen Data
• PLC Not Connected, PLC Not Responding
• Receive Data Error
• PLC Com. Error
• Screen Memory Data is Corrupt
• Clock Setup Error, Screen Transfer Error
• Screen Tag Limit Exceeded
• Obj. PLC Has Not Been Setup
• GP Station No. Duplication Error
• Network Address Error

If there is more than one error, the GP displays the error message for the last error detected.
