Product Description

The GP-4201TM is one of several 3.5 inch Pro Face HMI Operator Interface modules available from AX Control.   The GP-4000 series offers a number of differently sized models with optimized viewing angles that give the user a wider available viewing angle with which to access the panel, thus allowing for more comfortable control.   The GP-4201TM, which also is sometimes referred to as Proface model number PFXGM4201TAD, has a 320 x 240-pixel QVGA resolution available on its 2.78 x 2.08-inch display area.  

The GP-4201TM offers users sixteen levels of adjustable brightness control on its backlit display panel.  The model supports multiple language fonts, some of which must be downloaded after purchase.   Character size can be set to standard or expanded as many as eight times.    The unit offers up four interface options including two USB ports (Type-A with a transmission distance of 3 meters or less, and a mini-B with a transmission distance of 5 meters or less,)  a Serial COM port with a data transmission speed up to 187,500 bps, and an Ethernet port that supports IEEE802.3i/IEEE802.3u and 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX. 

The GP-4201TM has a grounding resistance of 100 ohms when using an AWG 14 or thicker wire.   The unit is designed with a NEMA 250 TYPE 4X indoor enclosure.  It is cooled through natural air circulation.  Proper installation is essential.  Refer to original documentation from Pro Face Xycom for additional details regarding installation, handling, and maintenance schedules.   Our company can help you with documentation if you need it.
