Product Description

The GP-4201T 3.5-inch HMI (human-machine interface) from Pro-face is a small touch screen operator interface that offers optimized viewing angles to allow the user the ability to see the screen from a wider viewing angle.   The backlight touch screen is designed with an analog resistive film that offers 1024 x 1024 resolution.   We also sell this unit under Part number PFXGP4201TAD. 

The graphic display resolution of the GP-4201T’s touch panel is 320 x 240 pixels (QVGA).  This small unit offers up to over 65K colors (no blink) on its 3.5 inch LCD TFT color display.   The display itself has an area that measures 70.56 mm by 52.92 mm.    The unit carries environmental ratings like IP65f and NEMA Type 4x/13.  It is CE marked, CSA certified, and UL listed. 

The GP-4201T has internal programming memory of 8 MB using a Flash EPROM.  The unit has backup memory of 128kb SRAM.  This requires battery backup.   The panel has eight levels of brightness and contrast control.   Please note this unit does not include an SD card.  Communication can be set up through a Type-A USB or a Mini-B USB port or the unit’s Serial RS232-C/422/485 Com port or its isolated RS485 serial port.
