Product Description

The GP377-SC11-24V Color LCD HMI is a 5-inch operator interface option from Proface Xycom.  After merging, some of these units may have been sold under the Schneider Electric company name as well.  That should not affect HMI specifications.   This unit has a 320 x 240-pixel resolution and external dimensions of 138 mm x 171 mm x 57 mm.   If your application doesn’t require a color HMI, you can also look at the GP377-LG11-24V monochrome model on our site, which is similar to this unit in other specifications. 

The GP377-SC11-24V HMI has a front display that is useful for displaying user-created screens and offering up a visual representation of PLC data.   The display has touchpanel operation for ease of use.   At the bottom of the display, on the surround, there is a status LED that will provide users with a quick reference.  This LED will power on as green during normal operation.  The LED will remain unlit when the power cord is disconnected.  If the backlight of the unit is not functioning, this LED will display as orange. 

The GP377-SC11-24V offers multiple connection points on its back surface.  This includes a terminal block that will allow power connections to be made, a tool connector port, and a serial interface.  The serial interface is designed to accept RS-232C or RS-422 cable connections.
