Product Description

The GP370-SC21-24VP unit is a part of several devices from the Legacy Display lineup of products. These units are all products initially developed and designed by the Pro-face Digital Electronics Corporation.   Xycom, a subsidiary, was responsible for the production and manufacturing of these HMI models. These models range in both size and weight, with both the physical dimensions, as well as the size of the resistive touch screen.

The GP370-SC21-24VP unit is outfitted with a plastic protection cover, which is painted a standard shade of gray and is designed to earn a protective grading of NEMA 4X/12, which keeps the electronic components safe from any accidental workplace damage. The external measurements of the GP370-SC21-24VP measure out to a 170-millimeter width, a 138 mm height, and a 57 mm depth (6.69 inches x 5.43 in x 2.24 in). The models in the Legacy Display series weigh a standard 900 grams, or 2 pounds. This unit's touch screen interface is a fully resistive viewing screen, which measures out to a width of 115 mm (4.5 in) and a height of 86 mm (3.3 in). This unit is designed with a super twisted nematic, full color, liquid crystal display. The display colors include eight shades, including white, black, cyan, yellow, magenta, green, red, and blue. The screen also includes a tiling pattern, which allows for blends of colors possible.

The GP370-SC21-24VP is also outfitted with a compact fluorescent lamp backlight unit, which lasts up to two years within the ambient temperature conditions. Refer to Proface manuals for additional details.
