GP2300-SC41-24V is an STN-type color LCD with 320 x 240 pixels. This unit has a three (3) speed blink with sixty-four (64) colors. The GP2300-SC41-24V has a CCFL backlight with eight (8) adjustable levels that can be accessed through the touch screen, and four (4) brightness adjustment levels that are accessible through the touch panel.

Pro-face Xycom's GP2300-SC41-24V supports Taiwanese (Big 5 codes) traditional Chinese fonts, Korean ( KSC-1992 codes) Hangul fonts, Japanese ANKL 158, Kanji: 6,962 (JIS Standards 1 and 2), Chinese (GB2312-80 codes) simplified Chinese fonts, and ASC II (code page 850) Alphanumeric (incl. Eur. Characters). The GP2300-SC41-24V is compatible with the following printers NEC PC-PR201/PL, EPSON ESC/P24-J84(C), HP LaserJet PCL 4 command, EPSON PM/Stylus (6-color ink), and the EPSON Stylus (4-color ink).

The GP2300-SC41-24V has a status LED on the front panel. If the light is OFF it indicated no power input, if the light is green it indicates Normal Operation, if the light is orange it indicates that the backlight is burned out. The GP2300-SC41-24V has a CF card along with a CF card access lamp. If the CF card cover is closed when the CF card is inserted the LED lamp turns ON and can remain ON even if the CF cover is opened while the GP has access to the card.
