The GP2300-LG41-24V is a model manufactured by Pro-Face. The UL registration model number is 2980070-01. The GP2300-LG41-24V can have a bar code reader or a two-dimensional code reader attached (sold separately). The Monochrome touch screen of the GP2300-LG41-24V can only be touched in one place at a time. If the screen is touched in two places at the same time it will operate whatever is in between the two contact points. There are minute grid points (light and dark) on the display panel's surface. These are intentional and not a defect in the panel.

The front of the panel has a small LED light that has two color options. If the light is orange, it means the backlight to the touch screen has burnt out. If the light is green, it means the panel is ready for normal operation. If the light is OFF it means there is no power going to the panel.

The GP2300-LG41-24V has a rated voltage range of DC19.2V to 28.8V. This unit has an allowable voltage drop of 10ms or less, and a power consumption of 22W or less. The GP2300-LG41-24V has an insulation resistance of twenty (20) Mohm or higher at DC 500V. This measurement is between charging and the FG terminals. This terminal uses natural air circulation to cool itself off, because of this the panel needs to be in a low pollution area that is free of any corrosive gasses.
