The GLC2600-TC41-200V-M is a 12.1 inch TFT HMI from Pro-face. This is part of the company s GLC 2000 series of machines. The GLC2600-TC41-200V-M can support multiple video channels with the addition of an optional module. This will allow the user to surveil and monitor equipment on-site. The GLC2600-TC41-200V-M is designed with a 12.1-inch touch panel on its front surface. This screen has an 800 x 600 resolution and can display 256 colors. The HMI is CE Marked and is both UL and c/UL approved. The unit offers versatile interface connectors that support expanding control system needs. These include two COM ports that can attach to bar code readers, PCs, Inverters, or PLCs. The unit also has an Ethernet port, a printer interface, and a 2CH Flex Network Master Interface. This unit requires an AC input. Before installing the GLC2600-TC41-200V-M, you should check to see if the unit has an installation gasket in place and that it is properly attached. The installation gasket is there to provide vibration dampening and also to repel moisture that could infiltrate and possibly damage the HMI or cause a malfunction. If you believe noise resistance will be an issue, try keeping the power cord as short as possible. Also, cord wires can be twisted before connecting to the unit to further increase noise resistance.
