GLC2300-LG41-24V is a series from the Pro-face line. The GLC2300-LG41-24V unit allows you to use a CF card. The GLC2300-LG41-24V includes the following features, read filing data from CF Card, write logging data to CF Card, read image data or sound data from CF Card, read image data or sound data from CF Card, write Graph data or Alarm data to CF Card, and back up screen data to CF Card. The CF Card has a data overwrite limit. Make sure you regularly back up all CF Card data into another storage media. The CF Card for the GLC2300-LG41-24V can be a 16 MB or a 32MB card. The GLC2300-LG41-24V is a Monochrome LCD with 320 x 240 pixels. Its screen color is black and white. The language fonts available are ASCII code page 850, Chinese GB2321- 80 codes (simplified Chinese fonts, Japanese ANK 158, Kanji 6962, Korean KSC5601-1992 codes (Hangul fonts), Taiwanese Big 5 codes traditional Chinese fonts. The GLC2300-LG41-24V saves applications on a 2MB Flash EPROM. It can save approximately 640 screens at 3.2KB per screen. The data backup for the GLC2300-LG41-24V is a 256KB SRAM with a small battery. The GLC2300-LG41-24V s interface can be either an RS-422 or an RS-232C and is labeled COM 1. This interface connects the GLC to the host (PLC). The interface is a socket-type connector with twenty-five (25) small pinholes. There is a COM 2 which is an expansion serial interface that is used for the RS-232C to transfer data. This is a plug-type connector and has nine small pinholes.
