The GLC150-BG41-ADTK-24V is built with a 5.7 inch blue and white monochrome (LCD) display. This is an H1 type thermocouple temperature graphic controller. Along with the thermocouple, it has two analog inputs and outputs and sixteen additional I/Os (sixteen in and sixteen out) located on its sink-type board. Internally it has 1 MB of application memory with 128kb of program area and 32kb variable area. The thermocouple input on this unit is designed with three channels. These channels are not insulated between channels but have photocoupler insulation from the input port to the internal port. The unit has a measurement range of -148F to +1292 degrees Fahrenheit. Inputs to the thermocouple should be limited to 50 meters of external wiring. The thermocouple lines must also be wired separately from any nearby high-frequency lines like inverters, power lines, or high-voltage lines. Only insulated non-grounding thermocouples should be used with this input. The GLC150-BG41-ADTK-24V should only be used with vehicles like trains, cars and ships, safety equipment, and non-life support related medical devices when the entire system is designed with redundant and/or failsafe backups.
