The GLC150-BG41-ADTC-24V is part of the LT (LogiTouch) series of HMI of operator interfaces from Pro-face. The GLC150-BG41-ADTC-24V is a Type H2 Thermocouple temperature graphic controller unit. This display is built with two analog outputs and two analog inputs. It also has a thermocouple as well as an additional sixteen inputs and outputs located on a source-type board. This unit has a 5.7-inch blue/white monochrome LCD. It is built with 1 MB of Flash EPROM application memory with 128 KB program area and 32kb of variable area. The thermocouple input on the GLC150-BG41-ADTC-24V has a max external wiring length of 50 meters per channel. The unit has three channels. These channels are not insulated channel-to-channel. Accuracy is +/-1% across the scale. The thermocouple has an input range of -100C to +700C. The GLC150-BG41-ADTC-24V is UL and c-UL listed (UL registration model 3080061-06.) This applies only when the LT unit is used as a built-in component of a larger end-user product with its front face facing forward. The unit must be installed to cool itself naturally, and the GLC150-BG41-ADTC-24V s signal and power lines must be separate from its main power supply using reinforced or double insulation. Any system that includes this unit should be designed carefully so as not to ever endanger the safety of humans or equipment. Safety-related switches should remain outside of the LT or its cables so they are still available even if the LT itself malfunctions.
