The GLC150-BG41-ADPC-24V is from Proface s LT series of graphic controllers. This unit is built as a small touch screen HMI with some of the operability of a PLC built-in. The LT line was first sold by Pro-face in the early 2000s. The GLC150-BG41-ADPC-24V is an RTD temperature graphic controller. This unit has a 5.7-inch type H2 controller built with two analog inputs and outputs, as well as a 32 DIO source board and a PT100 resistance temperature detector (RTD.) This is a UL508/UL1604/CAN CSA-C22.2, No. 1010-1 item. (UL registration model 3080061-04.) The PT100 input has a measurable temperature range of -50 to 400 degrees Celsius (-58 to 752 degrees Fahrenheit.) The unit offers an accuracy of +/-1.0% across its full scale. This input has two input channels. External wiring length for this input is limited to fifty meters maximum. The PT100 requires 3-wire wiring. This reduces wiring resistance and improves measurement accuracy. The GLC150-BG41-ADPC-24V should be installed into a cabinet or a panel using proper installation methods. This includes using installation fasteners and a gasket to limit the ingress of contaminants and to minimize vibration to the unit.
