GLC100-LG41-24V is a Graphic Logic Controller that can be used in either a Stand-alone system or a PLC Connection system from Pro-Face by Schneider Electric. This operator interface has a power supply rating of DC 20.4V to DC 27.6V. While running, the unit consumes 20W or less of power. It can withstand AC 1000V- 10mA for 1 minute between the live wire and the grounding terminals. This panel also has a vibration resistance of 10 to 25 Hz. The GLC100-SC41-24V can ground out at 100 Ohms or less. While equivalent to IP65f and NEMA #250 TYPE4X/12, the panel has no protection against freezing temperatures and must be kept free of corrosive gasses. Like GLC100-SC41-24V, the GLC100-LG41-24V has a simple Black and White Monochrome LCD, while still maintaining a CCFL backlight rated for 20K hours at continuous operation. Both GLC100-LG41-24V and GLC100-SC41-24V have eight contrast levels and two brightness levels. The number of characters on the screen varies at 8x8 dots it shows 40 characters in 30 rows, 8x16 dots shows 40 characters in 15 rows. For Kanji characters 16x16 dots it shows 20 characters in 15 rows. The fonts can be enlarged in multiples of 1, 2, 4, and 8. High-quality fonts are used for the characters that are larger than 32 x 32 dots.
