The APL3600-TA-CM18 is a 12.1" High-performance Touch-panel PC from Pro-Face. The APL3600-TA-CM18 runs on an Intel Celeron M 1.8 GHz processor with installed Windows XP. There is 1 GB of standard memory installed, with 4 GB of memory upgrade maximum available. Video memory on this unit is 64MB (UMA type) with an LCD TFT color screen (12.1 inches) that displays 262,144 colors. The APL3600-TA-CM18 can be used as an on-demand touchscreen HMI which still allows third-party applications to run concurrently.

The APL3600-TA-CM18 is UL listed (UL 508) and is suitable for use in Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, and D Hazardous (classified) locations, or Non-Hazardous locations.
It is important for the user to note the APL3600-TA-CM18 unit's rear face is not approved as an enclosure. If the user is building the unit into an end-use product, be sure to use an enclosure that satisfies standards as an overall enclosure. Make sure to install and operate the APL3600-TA-CM18 with its front panel facing outwards. The APL3600-TA-CM18 is designed for indoor use only.
