About the L5390

L5390

Developed and manufactured by Eurotherm Parker SSD, a division of the Parker Hannifin Corporation. This model of DRV Link DC Drive is given the manufacturing part number of L5390. The manual number for this device is given the designation of HA353000.

This DRV Link DC Drive is able to perform its control functions thanks to its 16 bit microprocessor, which is able to perform a variety of duties, such as current and speed loop processing, first fault indication and alarm recognition, thyristor firing algorithms, and it is able to allot power to the L5390’s other hardware, the multi-media interface (MMI) display and keypad, and the LED lit diagnostics.

The L5390 is able to communicate with other systems and pieces of hardware via its external LINK digital and analog input and output entry ports. When connected by a fiber optic network, a processor module is able to communicate with the drive’s microprocessor directly, in order to provide signal interfacing and I/O data scaling.

This DRV Link DC Drive is able to provide armature control with two options: either a four quadrant, six pulse thyristor bridge, or a two quadrant, six pulse thyristor bridge. These two bridging options reduces the risk of false triggering for indicating faults and recognizing alarms.

AX Control is able to offer a well-rounded warranty on your products purchased, and if any repairs are needed (from damage occured in shipping or from wear and aging, if covered by our warranty), our technicians are available to cover any repairs needed.
