The L5202 Solid State Drive LINK Digital Input/Output Module was developed and produced by Parker Eurotherm SSD, and able to be configured to perform a wide range of control and process functions, such as relay logic replacing, counting and timing, and complex sequencing.
There are a dozen digital I/O points for use with a Class 2, SELV rated power input device, receiving between 20 to 28 volts of direct current as a power supply. 24 DCV is the nominal rate of voltage for this module. Its current input level requires a maximum of 150 milliamperes, and the input points themselves receive a low input of 4.5 volts and a high input of 16.5 volts.
Each input port presents an input impedance of approximately 3.5 kiloohms (kΩ). The L5209-1-00-012 has the ability to measure frequency and count events on terminal Input 1.
The average operating temperature range for the L5209-1-00-012 goes from 0 to 50 degrees Celsius, or 32 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit. Its ability to endure humidity without producing any condensation reaches up to 90% humidity.
