About the GV6K-L3E

The GV6K-L3E is a Gemini GV6K Servo Drive Controllers series unit. This unit was manufactured by Parker as a more advanced product from the Gemini family line. The GV6K-L3E incorporates features from both the Gemini GV series and the Gemini GV6 series, while also having the enhancements that the Gemini GV6K series offers. The GV6K-L3E is also a standalone part, which eliminates the need for multiple drive systems.

The GV6K-L3E has several inputs and outputs, as well as an Ethernet communication port. There are a number of different I/O ports, which are:

8 digital inputs
6 digital outputs
1 analog input
1 relay output

In addition to these ports, there is an expandable serial I/O with up to 256 additional digital I/O points, 64 analog I/O points or a combination of both digital and analog points. This allows users to have more options for I/O points.

The GV6K-L3E has diagnostic LEDs that show the drive's status, as well as firmware, download and 24 VDC control power active. The GV6K-L3E can record the 10 most recent errors along with a time stamp of when the errors occur.
