The 8903/CN is the ControlNet Communications Option for the AC890 series. Like with the drives, the option was manufactured by Parker and SSD Drives. The 8903/CN fits into the Option A slot on the drives. 

There are multiple noteworthy features of the 8903/CN. Some of these are:

  • LEDs for board and communications status 
  • Hardware/software selectable Node Address
  • Channel A and Channel B coaxial ports
  • NAP port (non-isolated)
