LK-3101 is a compact, high accuracy controller that is manufactured for the LK Series by Keyence. The measurement mode is normal except for mirror surfaces. The reference distance is 10 mm and 7 mm on mirror surfaces. The measuring range is accurate within plus or minus 1 mm or plus or minus 0.9 mm on mirror surfaces. The associated sensor head, which has a visible red semiconductor Class II/2 laser, is LK-011. The light source has an output of 0.95 mW and a wavelength of 670 nm. The weight of the controller with the cable is 515 g. Polycarbonate is what the controller is composed of. The ambient temperature should be 0 to 50°C for the controller.
Functions available on the controller include Auto Zero, Response Selection, Shift/Span adjustment, and Holding Output in Alarm Condition.
