LK-H027 is a sensor head that is manufactured by Keyence as part of the LK-G5000 series. The mounting mode is diffuse reflection. Diffuse reflection is the mounting mode. 20 mm is the reference distance and plus or minus 3 mm is the measurement range. A red semiconductor laser is the light source, 690 nm is the wavelength, the IEC60825-1 laser class is Class 2, the FDA(CDRH) laser class is Class II, and the output is 0.95 mW. The beam spot diameter at the reference distance is 25 μm x 1400 μm. Within about plus or minus 0.15 mm of the reference position, the laser emission LED turns green. When the range setting is 2.55 μs, the center is ± 0.3 mm, and the far range is -2.6 to -3.0 mm. When the range setting is 5 μs, the center is ± 1.2 mm, and the far range is -0.6 to -3.0 mm. When the range setting is 10 μs, the center is ± 2.5 mm, and the far range is 2.0 to -3.0 mm. The linearity is ± 0.02 of F.S., wherein F.S. is 6 mm. The repeatability is 0.02 μm. The sampling cycle has 9 selectable steps: 2.55, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000 μs. The temperature fluctuation is 0.01% of F.S./°C, wherein F.S. is 6 mm. The enclosure rating is IP67. This sensor head is made out of aluminum die cast, and it weighs approximately 230 grams.
