LK-H022K is a sensor head that is manufactured by Keyence as part of the LK-G5000 series. The mounting mode is specular reflection. The reference distance is 16.1 mm and the measurement range is accurate plus or minus 2.8 mm. The light source is a red semiconductor laser, the wavelength is 650 nm, the IEC60825-1 laser class is Class 2, the FDA(CDRH) laser class is Class II, and the output is 0.95 mW. The beam spot diameter at the reference distance is 25 μm. The linearity is ± 0.02 of F.S., wherein F.S. is 6 mm. The repeatability is 0.02 μm. The sampling cycle has 9 selectable steps: 2.55, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000 μs. The temperature fluctuation is 0.01% of F.S./°C, wherein F.S. is 6 mm. The enclosure rating is IP67. This sensor head is made out of aluminum die cast, and it weighs approximately 230 grams. The sensor head has a laser emission LED, which has three statuses. When the LED light is green, the target is at the center of the measurement range. When the LED light is orange, the target is within the measurement range. When the LED light flashes orange, the target is outside the measurement range or both the alarm and the laser are off. The sensor head also has mounting holes, a connecting cable, a transmitter, a receiver, and laser attenuator (shutter) mounting holes.
