The Keyence KV-80R comes equipped with forty-eight (48) inputs with a max of eighty (80) along with thirty-two (32) outputs, with a max of eighty (80) outputs. The KV-80R has the ability to be combined with other KV Series by Keyence for a custom set up, to fit your needs. The KV-80R I/O's can be extended up to one hundred and twenty-eight (128). The output is a relay and has fourteen (14) common outputs. Eight-Hundred (800) internal relays it removes the need for additional external relays. With basic instructions, the I/O execution time is 1.4 us min or 3.12 us average. The KV-80R uses Windows Ladder diagram and expanded ladder diagram as its programming language. The average number of steps to program the KY-80R is three thousand (3,000) steps. There are a total of one hundred and twenty (120) timers running up and up and down. There are also two auto reset counters with an input response frequency of ten (10) kHz, which allows for real-time configuration. With the real-time configuration, the program can be adjusted more precisely without ever having to turn the machine off. With an "IN" and "OUT" ports on the right side of the PLC adding extensions is simple. Each of the screw ports along the top is clearly labeled in purple while the ports along the bottom are labeled in pink. The KV-80R also features three lines of LED lights that correspond with the screw ports, along with an "ON/OFF" light and an "ERROR" light.
