Product Description

The CV-551 is an Operator Interface created by Keyence Corp. It has been discontinued by the manufacturer, but AX Control does offer this part new as a surplus item or as a reconditioned part.

The CV-551 is a series CV-500 Vision Display Interface. It was created to be part of the CV Smart Machine Vision System Series. The CV-500 series began the trend of using a compact imaging processing sensor with integrated monitors. It has an RS-232C Console Serial Port that allows for transferring information directly to a PC.

The CV-551 has a large color LCD display for easy reading of camera information. On the display screen are buttons to help with visual configuration. These buttons include but are not limited to:

• Window
• Key/Lock 
• RUN PROGRAM
• ESC
• CLEAR

 On the back of the display, there are adjustment ports for Color, Hue, and Brightness.
