About the CV-110
The CV-110 module was created and manufactured by KEYENCE Corporation. The CV-110 module is classified as a controller for compact camera vision systems that were developed by KEYENCE. This particular model of controller does not come with a display. The CV-110 controller is a small device with a rectangle shape. In the bottom left corner of the top of the CV-110 controller, there is a small LED indicator light that is labeled as the “POWER” indicator light. Below the light running across the length of the whole controller, there are a series of labels that indicate what the ports below them do. These labels are listed here as follows from left to right:
- “24VDC,” “P.POLE,” “0V,”
- “PO0,” “PO1,” “PO2,”
- “PO3,” “PO4,” “PO5,”
- “PO6,” “PO7,” “PO8,”
- “COM1,”
- “WO1,” “WO2,” “WO3,”

Additional CV-110 Labels
Above the aforementioned labels on the right side, there are two ports. The first one is a small port and it is labeled as the “VIDEO OUT” port. Above that, there is a larger port that is labeled as the “CAMERA IN” port. Above these ports in the top right corner of the device, there is a small door that has a “PULL” label printed onto it. To the left, there is another, smaller series of labels. These labels are listed here as follows from left to right:
