CV-S035MH is an Ultra-Small double-speed monochrome camera that is manufactured by Keyence as part of the CV-3000 series. The scanning system is progressive at 16 ms. The lens mount method is a special M10.5 P0.5 male mount. This camera weighs approximately 160 grams. The transfer system is a digital serial transfer. This unit produces 320,000 valid pixels. The electronic shutter speeds are 1/15, 1/30, 1/60, 1/120, 1/240, 1/500, 1/1000, 1/2000, 1/5000, 1/10000, and 1/20000. The relative humidity (non-condensing) should stay between 35 and 85%. The ambient temperature should not fall below 32°F.
Dedicated lenses for the CV-S035C and CV-S035M cameras include a 4 mm lens (CA-LS4), a 6 mm lens (CA-LS6), a 16 mm lens (CA-LS16), a 30 mm lens (CA-LS30), a 5 mm closeup ring (OP-51500), a 10 mm closeup ring (OP-51501), a polarization filter (OP-51502), and a side viewer attachment (OP-51503). A number of cables are also supported by this camera. As a monochrome camera, this unit does not detect color. Therefore, color cannot be displayed on the RGB color display monitor. However, the monitor can still be used with this camera. The color inspection function on the camera can quantify the brightness, hue, and saturation of a target. Colors are discriminated as numeric values, and stable color discrimination is even possible when illumination decreases. This is possible of the constant difference in hue between colors that occurs regardless of the captured image brightness.
