The CV-3002 module is a digital image sensor/controller that was produced and designed by KEYENCE as part of their CV-3000 series. The CV-3002 controller has been discontinued by KEYENCE. However, the CV-3002 controller may be in stock at AX Control. Do not hesitate to call or email AX Control to speak to one of our friendly, informative sales representatives. We possibly will have the CV-3002 controller in stock in either brand new condition or used but refurbished condition.
The CV-3002 controller can have two color or monochrome cameras connected to it at one time. The number of registered settings is 1,000 programs each in the memory card and the system, all of which are externally selectable. This does, however, depend on the program data and the memory capacity. The maximum number of screens that can be registered for each program at a time is also 1,000. The internal memory capacity of the CV-3002 controller is about 15 megabytes. The window setting’s measurement area is 128 windows for every 1 program and the window setting’s mask area is set at 4 mask windows for every 1 inspection window.
The color extraction function is determined by the color binary processing, the grayscale processing, and the color shade processing. The colors of the CV-3002 controller can be numerically specified with either the RGB values or the HSB values. With the CV-3002 controller, you can set whether or not to execute the results for other calculation and measurement windows in each measurement window.
