CV-035C is a double-speed Hi-Speed Digital color camera that is manufactured by Keyence as part of the CV-3000 series. The scanning system is progressive at 16 ms. The unit uses a C-mount lens mount method. This camera weighs approximately 100 grams. The transfer system is a digital serial transfer. This unit produces 320,000 valid pixels. The electronic shutter speeds are 1/15, 1/30, 1/60, 1/120, 1/240, 1/500, 1/1000, 1/2000, 1/5000, 1/10000, and 1/20000. The relative humidity (non-condensing) should stay between 35 and 85%. The ambient temperature should not fall below 32°F.
There are 8 available CV-3000 series cameras, and they can be used in any combination on the controller. Digital image transfer is allowed in this series, which helps keep high-quality, high-fidelity images. There are 81 sensitivity levels that can be adjusted on the camera. Higher sensitivity ensures sufficient brightness even when the high-speed shutter is being used. This capability eliminates the need for strobe lighting. The span/shift function can individually adjust R, G, and B levels and increases the difference in the contrast of low-contrast targets, ensuring more stable image processing. The cables associated with this series are highly flexible in order to prevent breakage during operation with various applications. Processing in the CV-3000 series is 10 times faster than in previous series. This increase in speed is due to the use of three processors instead of one CPU. This series also allows for double-buffer memory (reduces inspection tact time) and partial image reading (reduces image transfer time).
