HE800RCS210 is a Remote Control Station that is manufactured by Horner APG as a part of their SmartStack HE800 series. This particular remote control station has a ladder capacity of 64 kbytes and a ladder execution of 0.7 ms per 1k of boolean logic. The primary power range is 10-30 VDC without any SmartStack I/O modules attached to the unit. The primary serial communications port is a standard 9 pin RS-232. This communications port allows the user to program, monitor, and administer on the network. The network supports Modbus/RTU Master, Slave, ASCII Send and Receive, and CsCan Serial. The local input/output supported on this station are 4 SmartStack modules per OCS. Up to 20 remote SmartStack I/O modules can be connected to an OCS or RCS using 5 fiber optic bases, which each contain 4 I/O slots. The typical power draw with no modules attached is 150 mA at 24 VDC. The inrush current is 1A at 24 VDC for 8 ms. The dimensions are 7.00 inches (height) x 1.75 inches (width) x 4.00 inches (mounting depth). A remote display and keypad are supported for this control station. The CAN power range is 12-25 VDC, the CAN power current is 75 mA maximum, and the CAN network is a CsCAN Network/DeviceNet Slave. There are 4 LEDs on the RCS: RUN, OK, MODULE STATUS (MS), and NETWORK STATUS (NS). All applicable codes and standards need to be followed in the installation of this product.
