HE800RCS116 is manufactured as an HE800 Remote Control Station by Horner APG. The primary power range for RCS products without any SmartStack I/O Modules attached is 10-30 VDC. The CAN power range is 12-25 VDC, and the CAN power current is 75 mA maximum. The CAN network is a CsCAN Network/DeviceNet Slave. The typical power draw is 150 mA at 24 VDC. The inrush current is 1 A at 24 VDC for 8 ms. The maximum operating temperature is 60° C. This control station is in compliance with both UL and CE. The ladder capacity is 16 Kbytes, and the typical ladder execution speed is 0.7 ms per 1 K of boolean logic.
The primary serial standard 9 pin RS-232 for programming, monitoring, and network administration. The Modbus/RTU Master, the Slave, the ASCII Send and Recieve, and the CsCAN serial are also supported on this serial port. The local input and output for all modules can support a maximum of four SmartStack modules per OCS. The remote input and output for OCS110/210/250 or RCS250 modules can support up to 20 remote SmartStack I/O modules (using 5 fiber optic bases), as well as 4 local I/O modules. The Remote Control STation does not have a local operator interface, but it does support a remote operator interface through a PC connected to the RCS unit’s built-in network. The RCS also does not have a local display, but it supports a remote operator interface through a PC connected to the RCS unit’s built-in network.
