The HE 500 modules from the industrial manufacturer Horner Electric. These models were developed and produced in widespread production, as these were designed and classified as top of the line, all in one devices intended to replace up to 3 separate industrial devices. This will allow for a more efficient, effective, cost friendly and less cluttered workplace area. These devices are all out of production now, and even the company has changed, renaming themselves into Horner APG.
The HE 500 line of products is a series of Operator Control Stations, which are built with an operator interface module, to ensure that the unit is able to operate several units that it is controlling with the programming and software that mimics a programmable logic controller module. There are also a set of built in Input and Output modules, which allow for a series of serial and download ports.
This model, the HE500TIU112C-002 module, is a terminal interface unit designed for as much compatibility for a wide array of Programmable Logic Controller brands. The liquid crystal display (LCD) graphic set up allows for significant abilities for monitoring and controlling devices. There are up to 300 possible configurations and designs for graphic set ups, thanks to the Cbreeze programming software.
This unit is capable of two sets of backlighting configurations, with a full display lit up, and character by character illumination.
