The HE 500 line of products is a series of all in one devices that are available from us at AX Control. Our line of inventory have been completely refurbished by our skilled and talented technician staff. The products however, were entirely manufactured and produced by Horner Electric. These units have seen been labeled as outdated pieces of industrial equipment, and have been pulled from mass production entirely. Even the company, Horner Electric, have since renamed themselves into Horner APG.
The HE 500 modules are designed to encompass the duties of a trio of individual devices. These operator control units are, given the name, outfitted with the capabilities of an operator interface and a controller module. The Input/Output modules outfitted onto the frame of this unit. The other features included in the HE500TIU050 module are advanced components that would only be found attached to high end, high quality Human/Machine interface devices.
This Operator Control Station is designed for compatibility with a wide array of manufacturing equipment and devices, and is built to hold more processing power despite the compact and small frame.
The advanced Liquid Crystal Display allows for increased user productivity thanks in part to the more detailed graphics. The backlighting allows for this unit to properly be viewed regardless of intense external lighting in the workplace. There are up to 300 programmable screen configurations, which provide users with significant monitoring and control capabilities. There are also upgraded alarm and status update pages, which are prioritized by programmable logic controller components.
