HE500OCS100X
The HE 500 series of operator control station was developed by the manufacturers at Horner Electric, which since then has renamed the corporation as Horner APG. These models are all standard Operator Control Stations, but have all been pulled from production, as they have slowly become outdated. However, these pieces of equipment are still valuable assets to any industrial automation line, having been completely refurbished and brought up to specs on the quality of today’s automated speeds. All of the materials purchased from AX Control are covered by our warranty deal, which protects it for up to 3 years.
The HE 500 lineup of OCS units share numerous amounts of integrated hardware features. There is a standard text display that is built to show a total of 40 characters at once, across 2 lines (at 20 characters each). The display is equipped with a thin film transistor (TFT) module.
The connection options available for the entire HE 500 series consists of an Ethernet connection and options for both a wireless and telephone modem. These connectivity options allow for an easier transfer and data sharing, both locally, on site, and remotely. The application memory for this unit is designed for the same amount of sharing capabilities, and integrates a MicroSD memory card. This card is also able to successfully support the standard updates for the HE 500 series’ programming.
The HE500OCS100X module is identified visually by the smaller frame it has, and the Input and Output modules that can handle up to 24 volts of direct current, or 160 milliamperes.
