The HE 500 lineup of products from Horner Electric is a catalogue of Operator Control Stations that are now out of production from the manufacturing line. These units are all available from AX Control’s inventory, and have been completely refurbished by our skilled team of qualified repair staff.
The HE500OCS087 model is identified structurally by its input and output modules. There are 16 of them in total, and are divided equally. 8 direct current input modules, and 8 positive logic DC output modules. The input units have a current of 12 to 24 volts of DC, and the outputs have 5 to 24 V/DC.
The HE 500 series is designed with a number of standard integrated features. The graphical display is built in to inform users of the devices under its control (which covers the function of a programmable logic controller) and includes a built in operator interface. These models are all in one units, and keypad and indicator LED lights also alert users to any changes that take place in the network connectivity or the actions the unit is performing.
The HE 500 series is designed to be integrated with a removable memory card, a MicroSD card, that is built to run and support the updates needed for the HE 500 series software.
