This unit is a specific model of the HE 500 modules of Operator Control Station. The HE 500 series was designed and developed by Horner Electric, though the company has now since been renamed as Horner APG. This Horner Electric product is designed to be an all in one device, to do the work of 3 separate devices.
The HE500OCS067 model is equipped with a graphic display that is built with a thin film transistor module. The TFT is able to render the text display in a sharp, high quality setup. The graphic image display for the HE 500 units is designed for processing and indication for machine actions and statuses. Also integrated into the unit is a series of keys in a keypad, and a series of indicator LED lights, to keep track of the system network connectivity and any actions that the device may take while in use.
The application memory of this unit is delivered by a removable MicroSD series, which is able to store data and information locally. The model of memory card is fully capable of supporting the necessary program updates for the HE 500 series to operate at peak performance for the standards of the current work setup.
The HE500OCS067 unit is specifically integrated with a set of input and output modules; 8 inputs that accept 120 volts of alternating current, and 6 relay output modules, at 3 amperes.
