This unit is one that comes as a direct counterpart to one of the HE 500 modules: The HE500OCS063. While most of the models in the HE 500 series are largely similar, these two are directly related, with similar setups, even down to the classification ID, which only adds a letter to the end of this model’s name.
M, of course, stands for Mini, as this is one of the smaller modules available in the HE 500 lineup of Operator Control Stations. These units were all developed and produced by the company, Horner Electric, or, as it has been renamed since this series fell out of production, Horner APG.
The HE 500 series includes an array of features that are universally integrated into each model. These have very little variation, but the difference is where it counts with these models. Not only is the HE500OCS063M unit smaller in stature, it is aso is outfitted with a unique set of input and output modules, as most of these units are. On this model, there are 8 direct current inputs (ranging from 12 to 24 volts/direct current) and only 6 relay output modules, at 3.0 amperes.
The rest of the HE 500 series of hardware is included, with a smaller display that fits the unit’s frame. It is still equipped with a thin film transistor. The memory card is unchanged, still able to integrate with a MicroSD memory card to store data locally, and to better support any needed program updates.
