HE500OCS063
The HE500OCS063 is designated with a fairly self-explanatory ID classification. It’s a part of Horner Electric’s HE 500 series of Operator Control Station modules: hence the HE 500 and OCS.
These models are all fairly similar however, with a numerous amount of features that appear in each and every one of the majority of the HE 500 line. There’s the standard graphic display, the memory card, and the EtherNet and wireless/phone modem connectivity.
The one difference between this model and the rest? That would be the Input and Output modules that come integrated. As with most of these models, the I/O modules are what separate them. The HE500OCS063 unit is built with a set of 16 I/O modules: 8 positive logic, direct current input modules. Then, there are 8 positive logic, direct current outputs. The V/DC that these modules require ranges between 12 and 24 V/DC.
The graphic display that is standard within this series is built with a thin film transistor, which allows for users to be able to view the graphics being displayed no matter how intensely lit their surrounding workplace may be.
The memory application of these units requires the MicroSD memory card. This card is able to support any necessary program updates, as well as store the data locally.
