HE500OCS056
This unit is labeled as the HE500OCS056, a model of the HE 500 series Operator Control Station. This lineup was designed and developed by the Horner Electric company, now known as Horner APG. The HE 500 models are built all with similar features, such as a graphical display, a keypad set, and a series of indicator LED lights for the status and connectivity.
These models are all in one units. The graphic display is sharp with a clear and crisp image resolution, and is able to render the graphic reports in a manner that allows users to clearly read and interface with the HE500OCS056 and the other HE 500 models. This is due in part to the thin film transistor module that lets units still be able to be read even while in an intensely-lit work area.
The other features that are included into this unit are a removable MicroSD memory card. This card allows for the application memory to be stored locally, and is also able to support program updates. Other options include connectivity to both EtherNet connections and Wireless and Telephone modems. Those wireless/phone modems allow for both local, on site and remote connections for the users.
The HE500OCS056 model is outfitted with 18 input and output modules, 8 12 to 24 V/DC and 4 analog inputs, and 8 relay, 5 to 24 V/DC outputs.
