HE500OCS052
This model of the HE 500 series is one of the many models that include the similar range of features and hardware specifications. The Horner Electric company are the developers responsible for producing the HE 500 series Operator Control Station units. These units all share a similar set of hardware and capabilities, but the HE500OCS052 model differs in one regard.
The set of input and output ports integrated into the exterior of the model’s frame consists of up to 8 direct current input modules, requiring a charge from at least 12 to up to 24 volts of direct current. There are also 8 positive logic direct current output modules, these ones requiring at least 5 to 24 V/DC.
The HE 500 series are all built to have a standard interface setup: a graphic display that is equipped with a thin film transistor (TFT) module, a physical keypad, and a set of LED lights to indicate any changes in the connection status or if any actions are occurring. The thin film transistor renders the informational graphics in as strong of a display as possible to make sure misinterpretation is minimal. Should the data need to be transferred elsewhere, both on site and remote transfers are possible with the Ethernet and wireless/telephone modem connection options.
The HE 500 models are also built to be integrated with only one type of memory card: the Micro SD memory storage. This card allows for data to be stored locally, and it is fully capable of supporting the software updates that these unit’s programming can handle.
