From the company formerly known as Horner Electrics, Horner APG produced a series of Operator Control Stations in a lineup known as the HE 500 series. This series of products is a group of all in one devices. They are outfitted with the capabilities to do the job of three separate devices.
These units are equipped with the usual specifics that Operator Control Stations require. There is a high quality, high resolution image graphical display that is set into the frame, and beneath it is a set of keys, switches, and indicator LED lights for the module’s status. The graphic display is designed to provide better process visualization for the operators managing and monitoring this piece of equipment.
The HE 500 modules are also built with the capability of interfacing with a removable MicroSD memory card. This card is built to store data locally, and to also support program updates for the software of these models. There is also a network connection option between either an Ethernet connection or a wireless and telephone modem connection. These connections make it possible for both the in plant and remote connectivity opportunities.
This unit in particular, the HE500OCS034M-07 module, is built with a liquid batch control interface for the operators to utilize. It’s powered by an intake of up to 24 volts of direct current (V/DC), or equally, an intake of 200 milliamperes.
This module, and the rest of the models in the HE 500 lineup, is protected upon purchase by AX Control’s warranty deal from 1 to 3 years.
