This series was designed as a combination of several types of units; a controller, an operator interface unit, an Input and Output module, and a networking system. With these components and capabilities installed into one single, compact module, this provides a more efficient device than a series of interconnected individual modules.
The HE500OCS029 Operator Control Station interface is outfitted with a series of high quality, high performance hardware components. There is a dedicated control and graphical dual processor, which ensures an unparalleled informational output and display. The screen brightness for this unit is outfitted with a backlit LCD display, able to provide two lines of text with 20 characters each.
The physical specifications of this unit gives it a height measured at 7.13 inches, or 181.1 mm, and a width of 9 inches, or 228.6 mm, and a depth of 2 inches, or 50.8 mm.
The HE500OCS029 is outfitted with SmartStack input and output support, with a total of 23 SmartStack modules. There is an RS-232 port for serial communications, as well as RTU/Modbus master and slave terminals.
