This model is a part of a series that was developed and produced by Horner Electrics. This model, is a part of the HE500 series, featuring a lineup of operator control stations that is able to provide capabilities for controlling, networking, input and output, operator interface capacities, and removable storage for mass data.
This model is given the ID classification of HE500CS082M. It is an operator control interface module, regarded by Horner as an “all-in-one” control unit, and built with compact dimensions (with an average volume of 3.75 inches).
The graphic display it’s outfitted with grants for higher quality process visualization and a mechanical issue indicator. Built in to its frame is a large number of input and output ports that are bundled with removable terminal blocks. There are 42 input and output ports that include these removable terminals, while there are also two sets of serial I/O ports. These ports are built with downloadable protocols to interface with most of the major programmable logic controllers and drives. There are also options to integrate the HE500CS082M with Ethernet, wireless, and telephone modem capabilities for in-plant and remote connection possibilities.
