This unit is one of the several General Electric devices in our inventory here at AX Control Inc. This device is listed as the IO_B, an attachment component to the GE Multilin MM300 models. The MM300 series is a line of motor control and protection units, built specifically to manage low-voltage motors and applications.
Overall, the MM300 lineup was designed with flexible functionality, able to provide control and communication options for users when handling several low-voltage motor applications. These units have a compact frame, designed for NEMA MCC and IEC applications, and to reduce the number of spare components for maintenance and testing. These units are outfitted with several communication protocols to allow simple integration into control systems.
The IO_B module is a component that is efficient and simple to install into an MM300 module. It is one of the eight modules that can be contained within the MM300 and is classified as an expansion module. It is designated to be attached to slot E of an MM300 module, and measures at 12 AWG, with 7.6 mm pitch terminals integrated into its frame.
The IO_B attachment is able to provide three-phase voltage metering and protection against underpower, under-voltage, overvoltage, and phase reversing.
