General Electric Multilin’s 369-HI-R-B-0-E-0-E takes the guesswork out of motor system management by monitoring, protecting, and controlling the system using industry-leading adaptive technology alongside the EnerVista 369 software program. A part of Multilin’s 369 series, the 369-HI-R-B-0-E-0-E is able to ‘learn’ a motor system’s unique requirements and adjust accordingly in order to ensure best functionality. 

General Electric’s industry-leading EnerVista 369 software program makes setpoint configuration and system monitoring easier than ever. Installing the program on a computer and connecting it to the relay via the RS232 port located on the front of the panel enables users to access a more expansive UI than is offered by the 40-character LCD. Data points such as temperature and frequency can be trended and exported for further review. EnerVista 369 has an additional testing feature that allows the relay to simulate normal functions without requiring a test set.

The VDC ranges from 50 to 300. This 369 Multilin digital motor management relay 369-HI-R-B-0-E-0-E also has the optional RTD input built-in option. This (R) option allows the 369 Multilin GE relay to monitor up to twelve RTDs. These RTDs can either be from bearings, ambient, stator, or driven equipment sources.  The 369-HI-R-B-0-E-0-E also includes the (B) or the backspin detection feature which allows the relay to pick up on the situation where the pump motor's flow has reversed. The 369-HI-R-B-0-E-0-E also has the feature of an enhanced faceplate and enhanced diagnostics. This enhanced feature also affords the 369-HI-R-B-0-E-0-E an additional learned data capabilities, a motor start data logger and an enhanced event recorder with security trail events (audits). The 369-HI-R-B-0-E-0-E can generate a motor health report summary with this enhanced option (E). The 369-HI-R-B-0-E-0-E contains the optional Modbus/TCP protocol interface feature as well.
