About the 369-HI-0-M-0-0

The 369-HI-0-M-0-0 is a 369 motor protection relay from General Electric. It is part of the company’s Multilin 369 product line. While this series of relays has been moved to legacy status and is no longer available from the original manufacturer, AX Control maintains an on-hand stock of as many of these relays as possible. Our warehouse staff can typically pick and ship in-stock products the same day you order them. This unit is rated for 50-300 VDC or 60-265 VAC control power.

369 relays come with a number of basic capabilities.  This includes current unbalance and single-phase detection, ground fault, two-speed motor protection, and phase overload curves. It can display functions like kilowatts, kvars, frequency, phase voltages, power factor, and MWhr. The unit offers local retrieval capabilities through its front LCD but also works with SCADA or workstations.

The 369-HI-0-M-0-0 includes an optional metering package. The optional metering package allows enabling of Phase voltage (VT/PT) inputs located on the unit.  The max VT ratio is 240:1.    The 369 unit will accept open delta or wye-connected VTs.

Three additional analog outputs are included with this metering option. Each of these analog outputs is field programmable. All outputs (including the base unit’s standard analog current output) share a common return.

369 Relays are available with a number of different options. Please check our online inventory if you require a unit with different options.

GE manuals will guide you through the step-by-step process of installation. These documents will also help with maintenance, troubleshooting, and proper handling.
