Product Description

IC800VMTBC005 is a VersaMotion Breakout Terminal Board that is manufactured by GE Fanuc Automation. This board comes with a 0.5 meter cable.

The breakout terminal board is part of the VersaMotion servo system alongside a CN3 serial communications cable, an encoder cable (used to connect the encoder of the servo motor and the CN2 terminal of servo drive), a power cable (used to connect the servo motor and the servo drive’s U, V, and W terminals), an operating level (used for wire to terminal block insertion), a servo motor, a servo amplifier, a five-pin terminal block (used for L1, L2, R, S, and T), and 2 three-pin terminal blocks (used for U, V, and W as well as P, D, and C). The terminal blocks are included with the amplifier.

The terminal breakout board and cable are accessories to the VersaMotion controllers. When the I/O breakout terminal board or flying lead I/O interface cable are not used for wiring access to the amplifier I/O points, the CNI connector is required. The VersaMotion Interface can be used for applications such as high-speed printing, packaging systems, high-speed assembly, woodworking machinery, automotive assembly, material handling, web handling applications, infeed conveyors, labeling, and filling. The terminal board allows for easy access to any additional I/O connections to the VersaMotion amplifier from field devices such as emergency stop circuits.
