The rated current is 12.05 amperes and the maximum current is 36.15 amperes. The rotor moment of inertia without a break is 4.45E-3. The mechanical time constant without a brake is 0.61 ms, the torque constant is 0.53 n.m/A, and the voltage constant is 19.2 mV/rpm. The armature resistance is 0.13 ohm, the armature inductance is 1.50 mH, and the electrical time constant is 11.4 ms. The weight is 6.2 kg without a brake.

To prevent IC800VMM20MNKSE25 from overheating, there is built-in overload protection. Overload may occur if the motor holding brake is not release, if the servo gain is not set properly (motor hunting), if the motor UVW cable or encoder cable are not connected correctly, if the motor drives high inertia machine and accelerates and decelerates at a high frequency, and if the motor is operated for several seconds under a torque exceeding 100% torque.
