GE Fanuc Automation manufactures the VeraMotion series of Servo Motors, which includes IC800VMM10MNKSE25. This 1000 watt motor has no brake and goes with amplifier #IC800VMA102.
The rated output is 1.0 kilowatts, the rated torque is 4.77 nm, and the maximum torque is 14.32 nm. The rated speed is 2000 rpm, the maximum speed is 3000 rpm, the rated current is 5.6 amps, and the maximum current is 24.9 amps. The rotor moment of inertia is 9.14 kg.m2 x 10-4. The mechanical time constant is 1.64 milliseconds, the torque constant is 0.85 nm/A, and the voltage constant is 31.9 mV/rmp. The armature resistance is 0.465 ohm, the armature inductance is 5.99 mH, and the electrical time constant is 12.88 milliseconds. The maximum radical shaft load is 490 newton and the maximum thrust shaft load is 98 newton.
VersaMotion Servo Motors feature high peak torque of 3x the continuous torque for fast acceleration. It has an incremental encoder feedback of 2500 ppr per 10,000 quadrature. The low inertia design allows for a high cycle rate with improved response. Power and feedback cables are available in standard lengths.
